Instructions

  • The call for entries will be open from February 24th until June 15. If you apply before the 30th of April, you’ll get a 10% discount in the stand of your preference.  
  • The registration fee to apply to Photo Art is US $50 (TRM of the day). You can make it through online payment (PayU).
  • Galleries and photographers interested in participating in the fair must complete all the requested fields from the online form. 
  • Galleries, professional photographers and collectives can apply. To know more about the selection criteria and who can apply click here for more information.

Schedule

  •  February 24th to June 15th: call for entries to the fair. 
  • April 30th: 10% discount on the stand’s value.
  • May 15th: last day to receive payments of 50%
  • June 5th: last day to make final payments. 
  • June 30th: confirmation for galleries or photographers on waiting list.
  • July 10th: official announcement of selected galleries, photographers and collectives in our web site.
  • August 10th to 12th: installation and assembly of works.
  • August 13th: fair’s official inauguration.
  • August 14th, 15th and 16th: official opening of Photo Art Fair.
  • August 17th or 18th: dismantling of stands.
